- Upgrade all interior and exterior lighting to LED
- Obtain over $30,000 in utility incentives
- Install 80 UFO high bay LED fixtures
- Install 150 recessed LED fixtures
- Retrofit 100 lamps to TLEDs
- Retrofit screw-in lamps to LEDs
- Upgrade exterior fixtures to LED
- Utility incentives funded over 50% of project
- New lighting expected to last 20+ years
