Project Scope

• Upgrade all lighting at eight district facilities
• ROI Energy was selected due to cost effectiveness, experience, and approach
• Redesigned and revamped switching and controls at two buildings that experienced years-long challenges related to scheduling, occupancy sensors, and ease of use
• Complete all projects on turnkey basis
• Obtain over $400,000 in utility incentives
• Replace 5,000 fluorescent troffers with LED recessed panels
• Install 1,000 surface-mount LED fixtures
• Upgrade 230 high bay fixtures in gyms
• Bypass all ballasts and install 200 TLED lamps
• Upgrade 100 exterior fixtures
• Utilize four local electrical contractors to complete installation
• Deliver project on budget and on schedule
