- Obtain over $50,000 in utility incentives
- Replace 70 high bay fixtures with LED fixtures
- Install over 400 LED recessed fixtures in office area
- Bypass ballasts and install 600 TLEDs in select areas
- Replace exterior fixtures with new LED fixtures
- Upgrade screw-in lamps to LED screw-ins
