- Comprehensive LED lighting upgrade at nine district facilities
- Complete all projects on turnkey basis

- Replace 7,000 fluorescent troffers with LED recessed panels
- Upgrade 200 can fixtures to LED downlights
- Install 1,500 surface-mount and LED retrofit fixtures
- Bypass all ballasts and install 500 TLED lamps
