- Upgrade select interior and exterior lighting to LED
- Obtain over $15,000 in utility incentives
- ROI Energy completed project on a turnkey basis
- Replace 210 recessed troffers with 2x4 LED panels
- Add 15 LED surface-wrap and -strip fixtures
- Install Emergency backup on 10 new LED fixtures
- Upgrade exterior fixtures to LED
- Bypass ballasts and install 100 direct-wire TLED lamps
- Utilize local electrician for installation
- New lighting expected to last nearly 25 years
