- ROI Energy completed all work on turnkey basis
- Installed 50 high bay fixtures
- Replace 80 recessed troffers and cans with LED fixtures
- Bypass all ballasts and install 200 TLED tubes
- Upgrade exterior wall packs and pole lights to LED
- Utility incentives funded nearly 40% of project
- New lighting expected to last over 15 years
